The list of people willing to provide baked goods for the YSSC booth at Street Fair has been shrinking. Maria Wright, who organizes the bake sale for the Center, is asking for more volunteer bakers. If you can help, drop off your contribution to the Center for pricing/packaging this coming Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Older and Bolder for June 2


Older and Bolder will meet at 10 a. m. in The Great Room on Saturday, June 2nd, to hear  members of Sowelo, a local group, tell about their volunteer work with end of life issues and opportunities.  They will also present their goals and the educational programs they are developing.

As with all Older and Bolder meeting this is open to everyone interested in The Joys and  Challenges of Growing Old.  Always allow time to find a parking space as the meeting begins at 10 a.m.

Older and Bolder Meeting Saturday, May 26

Older and Bolder, The Joys and Challenges of Growing Old will have an Open Forum for all matters that fall under the mantle of our group title on Saturday, May 26, Meeting Room in the Senior Center from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  A brief review of our summer schedule and topics will take the place of our cancelled May 5th meeting. Older and Bolder is always open to everyone interested in Joys and Challenges.
