Our topic for Saturday's, November 10th's meeting of Older and Bolder in the Gallery room at YSSC is "Body Maintenance--Sharing Strategies That Works for Us".  Bring your latest health discovery, or exercise incentive or pain relief plan to share.  We begin at 10 a.m.--allow time to find parking.

There may be an additional Older and Bolder meeting the following week on November 17th at the usual time to meet with Antioch College students as part of their study on health.
