"Older and Bolder" in January/February 2013

Older and Bolder begins the new year on Saturday, January 12th with "New Year's Resolutions--Making Them Happen".  Geriatrician Dr. Richard Darr, who practices in Springfield, is going to speak about aging at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 26. He has a progressive view of wellness while aging and his talk will be followed by discussion and questions. Everyone is invited to attend this special event. (For this occasion, Older and Bolder will meet in The Great Room.) Please come hear this experienced physician offer his insights on aging.     "What Can We Ask of Our Friends and Family?" will be O & B's focus for February 9 and on February 23 we will dig into "Managing the Complexities of Life".

We meet in the Gallery Room at 10 am every 2nd and 4th Saturday. Allow time to find parking, as Saturday mornings downtown can have lots of traffic.  For more information call Shirl at 767-3549 or Suzanne at 767-9242.
