Sewing Machine Tune-Up Fundraiser June 18

The Senior Center is offering a fundraiser portable sewing machine clean-oil-and-adjust event on Tuesday, June 18, at 2:30 in the Great Room of the Center. For $60, of which a portion benefits the Senior Center, Mr. Steven Davis, Sewing Machine Technician, will clean, oil and adjust your machine at the Center. Repairs that require getting parts may be able to be accommodated separately, for a separate charge, depending on make and model. Mr. Davis has done this event before at the Center, and he is very good at his work. Please sign up any time before the event by calling the Center, 767-5751, or if you can't call ahead of time, just show up. If you need help getting the machine from a vehicle into the Center, help will be available when you come. For more information, please call Corinne Pelzl, 767-5751.
